Information & Good to Know

All prices are per apartment and night for the indicated number of persons, exclusive of resort tax and inclusive of end-of-stay cleaning. 15% short stay surcharge for stays of up to 3 nights.

The resort tax of € 3.50 per person/day will be charged separately. Children up to the age of 15 (until the end of the calendar year) do not pay the resort tax.

The end-of-stay cleaning fee is already included in the price. We kindly ask you to clean the kitchenette, rinse and tidy up the dishes, remove the remaining food and any garbage/waste. In case of exceptionally contamination, we will deduct the amount of EUR 85.00 from the deposit for the final cleaning.

We charge a deposit of € 200.00 in cash when you check-in.

Check-in available from 3.00 pm. Please give us a call or send us a message if you arrive after 6.00 pm. On your day of departure, we ask you to leave the apartment by 9.30 am.

We charge a deposit of 30% (by bank transfer). After receipt of your payment you will receive our binding reservation confirmation. The reservation is based on the General terms & conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006/ 15.11.2006).

We offer the following payment options: cash, advance payment, EC/Maestro, Visa and MasterCard.

• Up to 3 months prior to arrival: no cancellation fee
• 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival: 40% of the booking amount
• from 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival: 70% of the booking amount
• within the last week prior to arrival: 90% of the booking amount

For the duration of your stay we will gladly provide you with a child cot (incl. bed linen) and a highchair for free - please inform us in advance. Child discounts on request.

Sorry, pets are not allowed.

On request, you can order fresh bread daily (we put it on your bill - surcharge for delivery on Sundays and public holidays).
