PRICES
Prices are per apartment and night for you and your loved ones - without Ötztal’s resort tax, but including end-of-stay cleaning.
FINE PRINT
- Resort tax:
the amount of € 4.00 per person and day will be invoiced separately. Overnight stays by people who reach the age of 15 years up to the end of the calendar year do not pay the resort tax. - End-of-stay cleaning:
is already included in the price. We kindly ask you to clean the kitchenette, wash and put away the dishes and remove the remaining food and all waste. If the apartment is exceptionally messy or dirty, we reserve the right to deduct the amount of € 85 from the deposit for end-of-stay cleaning. - Deposit:
amounts to € 200 in cash at check-in.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
- Check-in: from 16:00, please let us know if you arrive late.
- Check-out: by 9:30, so that we can make everything ready for arriving guests.
YOUR FAVORITE PLACE IS SAFE
With a deposit of 30%, your apartment in Ötztal is firmly reserved. The deposit must be made by bank transfer. Please note our general terms and conditions.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
In cash, in advance or by card (EC/Maestro, Visa, MasterCard).
CANCELLATION TERMS, FAIR & CLEAR
- Up to 3 months in advance: free of charge
- 3 months to 1 month before: 40%
- 1 month to 1 week before: 70%
- In the last week before arrival: 90%
EXTRAS FOR THE LITTLE ONES
We are happy to provide a child cot and high chair free of charge - just let us know in advance.
BREAD DELIVERY SERVICE
Freshly baked bread every morning for a small delivery fee per order and on Sundays and public holidays for a fair delivery surcharge.
OTHER FACTS?
- Parking: free of charge, directly at das zeitlos
- AQUA DOME discount: our guests get a 10% discount on AQUA DOME tickets.
- The Summer Card is already included in the price of your summer holiday.
PETS & MORE
Our two wire-haired dachshunds Lotte and Paula would definitely be happy to have animal guests. However, pets are not allowed in our apartments. We ask for your understanding.
